Tom started the first version of Moon Creative (previously Redoko) whilst studying Screen writing and fine art at university. For two decades he’s taken on exciting and unusual projects to test his skills and increase his technical knowledge.
Tom has managed all manner of creative projects: building and branding a full social media platform; fully animated marketing campaigns; painting Arnold Schwarzenegger 10 metres tall using a crane (like we said: exciting and unusual projects!)

Claire has over 18 years of project management experience (I know, she doesn’t look old enough!) Approachable, meticulous and friendly, Claire has liaised with a multitude of international clients.
Claire is the backbone of our team. She keeps the creative minds in check and on task, ensuring you, the client, have the best experience from first contact to handover.
James Jordan-Davies

James is affectionately known as ‘Prof’ in the studio because, he has a first class degree in graphic design and his obsessive knowledge of design trends is unparalleled.
James wants our clients to have the best branding, the most beautiful web content and world class editorial layouts. He’ll listen to your needs and work tirelessly to make sure you’re happy with your designs.
Chris Carr
Film / Animation / Post–production
It’s no exaggeration to say that Chris is a master filmographer. With his cinema-quality Red camera rig, he has produced, filmed and edited adverts and interviews for some of the biggest names in TV, web and social media.
